The difference between industrial urea and agricultural urea
Urea is an organic compound composed of carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, and hydrogen. Agricultural urea has less impurities and high purity, and the impurities of industrial urea are a little more than that of agricultural urea, and the biuret content of agricultural urea is slightly higher than that of industry. In recent years, agricultural urea has pursued large particles and slow release, so formaldehyde will be added in the granulation process, so as to form a thin layer of urea-formaldehyde coating on the surface of urea particles, which is not allowed in industrial urea production. According to the relevant national standards, compared with agricultural urea, industrial urea has certain requirements for iron content, alkalinity, sulfate, water tolerance, etc., and the main quality indicators such as nitrogen, biuret, and moisture content are not much different, and the urea products of large and medium-sized enterprises can meet the quality requirements of industrial urea.
The difference between industrial urea and agricultural urea grade content
1, industrial urea grade
(1) excellent products:
the total nitrogen content is more than 46.5%, the content of biuret is not more than 0.5%, the moisture is not more than 0.3%, the iron is not more than 0.0005%, the alkalinity (in terms of NH3) is not more than 0.01%, the sulfate is not more than 0.005%, and the water is not more than 0.005%.
(2). First-class products:
the total nitrogen content is more than 46.3%, the content of biuret is not more than 0.9%, the moisture is not more than 0.5%, the iron is not more than 0.0005%, the alkalinity (NH3) is not more than 0.02%, the sulfate is not more than 0.01%, and the water is not more than 0.01%.
(3). Qualified products: the total nitrogen content is more than 46.3%, the content of biuret is not more than 1%, the moisture is not more than 0.7%, the iron is not more than 0.001%, the alkalinity (NH3) is not more than 0.03%, the sulfate is not more than 0.02%, and the water is not more than 0.04%.
2. Agricultural urea grade
(1) excellent products: the total nitrogen content is more than 46.4%, the content of biuret is not more than 0.9%, the moisture is not more than 0.4%, and iron, alkalinity, sulfate and water are not required.
(2). First-class products: the total nitrogen content is more than 46.2%, the content of biuret is not more than 1%, the moisture is not more than 0.5%, and iron, alkalinity, sulfate and water are not required.
(3). Qualified products: the total nitrogen content is more than 46%, the content of biuret does not exceed 1.5%, and the moisture does not exceed %, iron, alkalinity, sulfate, and water are not required.
The difference between the grade content of industrial urea and vehicle urea
1. The alkalinity of urea of industrial excellent products does not exceed 0.01%, the diuret does not exceed 0.5%, the insoluble matter does not exceed 500mg/kg, the iron does not exceed 5mg/kg, the sulfide does not exceed 5%, and the chloride is not required.
2. The alkalinity of vehicle urea is not more than 0.2%, the biuret is not more than 0.3%, the insoluble matter is not more than 20mg/kg, the iron is not more than 0.5%, and the sulfide and chloride are 0.
